一、冷凝器清洗的特點(diǎn):
1. Outstanding characteristics:
This product is composed of detergents, inhibitors, accelerators, masking agents, fogging agents, surfactants and other organic acids series cleaning agents. 二、冷凝器清洗的方法:
Two. Methods of use:
1、冷凝器化學(xué)清洗流程:水沖洗→酸洗除垢→水 沖 洗→鈍化處理;
1, chemical cleaning process: water washing, acid cleaning, scale removal, water washing, passivation.
2、斷開(kāi)與冷卻盤管無(wú)關(guān)的其它系統(tǒng),將清洗槽、清洗泵跟冷卻盤管聯(lián)接成一個(gè)清洗閉合回路;
2. Disconnect other systems which are not related to the cooling coil, and connect the cleaning tank, cleaning pump and cooling coil into a cleaning and closing loop.
3、在模擬清洗狀態(tài)下對(duì)清洗系統(tǒng)的泄漏情況進(jìn)行檢查,同時(shí)清除盤管內(nèi)松散的污物,當(dāng)出口處沖洗水目測(cè)無(wú)大顆粒雜質(zhì)存在時(shí),水沖洗結(jié)束;
3. Under the condition of simulated cleaning, the leakage of the cleaning system is checked, and the loose dirt in the coil is cleared. When there is no large particle impurity in the flushing water at the exit, the water is washed out.
4、水沖洗結(jié)束后,在清洗槽內(nèi)循環(huán)添加“冷凝器清洗劑”,控制清洗主劑濃度在3-6%,溫度在50-60 ℃的范圍內(nèi),于系統(tǒng)內(nèi)進(jìn)行循環(huán)清洗去污,清洗時(shí)間2-3小時(shí)左右。定時(shí)用pH試紙測(cè)量酸液的pH值(1次/20分鐘),使其維持在1以下,當(dāng)pH值在半小時(shí)內(nèi)趨于穩(wěn)定值且清洗系統(tǒng)內(nèi)沒(méi)有氣體放出時(shí),結(jié)束酸洗過(guò)程;
4. After the water rinsing, the "condenser cleaning agent" is added in the cleaning tank to control the concentration of the main agent in 3-6%, and the temperature is in the range of 50-60. The cleaning time is carried out in the system, and the cleaning time is about 2-3 hours. The pH test paper is used to measure the pH value of the acid (1 /20 minutes) and keep it below 1. When the pH value tends to stable in half an hour and no gas is released in the cleaning system, the process of pickling is finished.
5、水沖洗合格后,循環(huán)添加“ 鈍化預(yù)膜劑”進(jìn)行鈍化處理,來(lái)提高銅管的耐腐蝕性能。待整個(gè)系統(tǒng)溶液濃度混合均勻后停止循環(huán),浸泡2-3小時(shí)。將鈍化液排出系統(tǒng),然后用“ 中和處理劑”中和處理后排放(pH值6-7),清洗過(guò)程結(jié)束。
5. After water washing is qualified, the passivation pretreatment agent is added to passivation treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of the copper tube. After the solution concentration of the whole system is mixed evenly, stop circulation and soak for 2-3 hours. The passivation fluid was discharged from the system and then neutralized with the "neutralization treatment agent" and discharged (pH 6-7), and the cleaning process ended.
