In the past, artificial tank cleaning is used by the builders into the tank by hand. The tank work environment is bad, there are significant security risks of poisoning and explosion; and seriously damage the health of workers; at the same time a lot of work to clear and waste slag on, environmental pollution caused by farm and the surrounding area; artificial cleaning tank construction period is longer, the impact of oil reservoir storage regulation; artificial cleaning tank a large number of tank bottom oil into the oil storage and transportation system, resulting in a waste of resources and economic losses. In view of the disadvantages of artificial cleaning, we explore and find solutions. First, we introduced the mechanical cleaning technology in cooperation with Daqing oilfield storage and transportation sales branch this year, and carried out mechanical cleaning operation in the 9 tank (20000M3) of Shuguang oil pumping station.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u4e00\u3001\u539f\u6cb9\u50a8\u7f50\u673a\u68b0\u6e05\u6d17\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The working principle of mechanical cleaning technology for crude oil storage tank<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u539f\u6cb9\u50a8\u7f50\u673a\u68b0\u6e05\u6d17\u6280\u672f\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u50a8\u6cb9\u7f50\u673a\u68b0\u6e05\u6d17\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08\u4e34\u65f6\u6577\u8bbe\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\u5c06\u673a\u68b0\u6e05\u6d17\u8bbe\u5907\u4e0e\u6e05\u6d17\u6cb9\u7f50\u3001\u6e05\u6d17\u6cb9\u4f9b\u7ed9\u6cb9\u7f50\u53ca\u539f\u6cb9\u56de\u6536\u6cb9\u7f50\u8fde\u63a5\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff09\u5c06\u88ab\u6e05\u6d17\u6cb9\u7f50\u5e95\u90e8\u5177\u6709\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\u7684\u539f\u6cb9\u79fb\u9001\u81f3\u56de\u6536\u6cb9\u7f50\u4e2d\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u7528\u4f9b\u7ed9\u50a8\u7f50\u4e2d\u7684\u539f\u6cb9\u7ecf\u52a0\u6e29\u3001\u52a0\u538b\u540e\u901a\u8fc7\u7528\u8bbe\u7f6e\u5728\u6e05\u6d17\u6cb9\u7f50\u5355\u76d8\u4e0a\u7684\u6e05\u6d17\u673a\u6405\u62cc\uff0c\u55b7\u5c04\u6e05\u6d17\u70ed\u6cb9\u51fb\u788e\u6eb6\u89e3\u6de4\u6e23\uff0c\u6eb6\u89e3\u88ab\u6e05\u6d17\u6cb9\u7f50\u4e2d\u7684\u5269\u4f59\u51dd\u56fa\u6cb9\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u8fc7\u6ee4\u540e\u79fb\u9001\u81f3\u56de\u6536\u6cb9\u7f50\u4e2d\uff0c\u6bd4\u8f83\u540e\u518d\u7528\u52a0\u6e29\u540e\u6e05\u6c34\u5bf9\u50a8\u7f50\u5185\u5404\u90e8\u4f4d\u8fdb\u884c\u5faa\u73af\u6e05\u6d17\uff0c\u6bd4\u8f83\u7ec8\u6e05\u9664\u7f50\u5185\u6240\u6709\u6cb9\u6c61\uff0c\u4ee5\u8fbe\u5230\u7f50\u5185\u68c0\u4fee\u53ca\u52a8\u706b\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mechanical cleaning technology of oil tank through the oil tank mechanical cleaning system (temporary pipeline laying mechanical cleaning equipment and cleaning tank, cleaning oil supply tank and oil recovery tank connected together) will be cleaning the oil tank bottom is liquidity transferred to the crude oil recovery of oil tank, and then use the supply tank of crude oil by heating, by setting pressure stirring in the washing machine on a single disc cleaning tank, jet cleaning oil break dissolved sludge, dissolved by cleaning the residual oil solidification in the tank, filtered by filter transferred to the recovery tank, and then heated water to various parts of the storage tank for cleaning cycle, eventually remove all oil tank in order to achieve, maintenance and fire conditions inside the tank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u4e8c\u3001\u539f\u6cb9\u50a8\u7f50\u673a\u68b0\u6e05\u6d17\u6280\u672f\u65bd\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e1a\u4e3b\u8981\u6b65\u9aa4<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Two. Main steps in the construction of mechanical cleaning technology for crude oil storage tanks<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1\u3001\u8bbe\u5907\u5b89\u88c5<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1. Installation of equipment<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u6309\u7167\u4e34\u65f6\u6577\u8bbe\u7ba1\u9053\u56fe\u8fdb\u884c\u8bbe\u5907\u53ca\u7ba1\u9053\u7684\u5b89\u88c5\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u7cfb\u7edf\u6574\u4f53\u8bd5\u538b\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u65e0\u6cc4\u6f0f\u5bc6\u95ed\u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5b89\u88c5\u7535\u6c14\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u6c27\u6c14\u53ca\u53ef\u71c3\u6c14\u4f53\u68c0\u6d4b\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Installation of equipment and piping according to temporary pipe laying diagram is carried out. The whole system is tested and operated to achieve no leakage and closed state. Cleaning of the same oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u7531\u6e05\u6d17\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6e05\u6d17\u6a21\u5757\u5c06\u4f9b\u7ed9\u6cb9\u7f50\u4e2d\u7684\u539f\u6cb9\u7ecf\u52a0\u6e29\u3001\u52a0\u538b\u540e\u901a\u8fc7\u6e05\u6d17\u673a\u5bf9\u88ab\u6e05\u6d17\u50a8\u7f50\u5185\u90e8\u5404\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u51dd\u56fa\u6cb9\u8fdb\u884c\u6eb6\u89e3\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u5206\u6563\u3001\u5177\u6709\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\uff0c\u518d\u901a\u8fc7\u79fb\u9001\u6a21\u5757\u8fc7\u6ee4\u540e\u79fb\u9001\u5230\u56de\u6536\u6cb9\u7f50\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The crude oil in the supply tank is heated and pressurized by the cleaning module of the cleaning system, and the solidified oil in each part of the cleaning tank is dissolved by the washing machine, so that it is dispersed and fluidity. Then it is transferred to the recovery oil tank after filtering through the transfer module.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>5\u3001\u6e29\u6c34\u6e05\u6d17<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>5, warm water cleaning<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u7531\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6e05\u6d17\u6a21\u5757\u5bf9\u9884\u5148\u52a0\u5165\u5230\u6cb9\u6c34\u5206\u79bb\u69fd\u4e2d\u7684\u6e05\u6c34\u8fdb\u884c\u52a0\u6e29\u52a0\u538b\u540e\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6e05\u6d17\u673a\u6e05\u6d17\u50a8\u7f50\u5185\u90e8\u5404\u90e8\u4f4d\uff0c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u6cb9\u6c34\u5206\u79bb\u69fd\u5206\u79bb\u6e29\u6c34\u6e05\u6d17\u5faa\u73af\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u6cb9\u6c34\u6df7\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u5206\u79bb\u51fa\u6765\u7684\u539f\u6cb9\u7531\u56de\u6536\u6cf5\u9001\u81f3\u56de\u6536\u6cb9\u7f50\uff0c\u5206\u79bb\u51fa\u6765\u7684\u6e05\u6c34\u7ee7\u7eed\u8fdb\u884c\u6e29\u6c34\u6e05\u6d17\u5faa\u73af\u4f5c\u4e1a\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3\u8fbe\u5230\u6e05\u6d17\u6807\u51c6\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>To advance into the oil separating tank of water for heating and pressurizing by cleaning module of the system, through the various parts of the internal tank cleaning machine, then use warm water to clean the oil separating tank oil-water separation process mixture separated from crude oil recovery pump to the recovery tank, separated water to warm water cleaning cycle operation, until it reaches the standard of cleaning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>6\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>6.
